Global Sports Bra Squad day is tomorrow, June 24th.
I discovered track workouts… and I love them. I was super intimidated at first, because I felt like it would be obvious that I had no idea what I was doing. But, like with any other thing I do where I get worried about what people will think, I realized that no one at a track is going to A) know that I’m up to, or B) give a crap.
This is a wordy post (no pictures, sorry!), but it has such an important message.

Whoops! The end of October came and went so quickly that I completely forgot to post a summary of what happened in October.
Guys… I ran 13.1 miles on Sunday.
WHAT?? I’m still in disbelief.
This running thing is addictive.
I still hate it while I’m doing it (unless I have a buddy or two, then I’m easily distracted), but I feel so good after I’ve finished a run. I may be tired, sore, or in pain, but I always feel good enough to want more.
